I got Blessed on Sunday!

It was St. Francis day at my church and my mom took me to get blessed. St. Francis was a guy who could talk to the animals like Dr. Doolittle. Here I am with my priest Jennifer Linman.

Henry Hall picks of the week

I live with three cats. Not my favorite people but I'll say this they are clean. My mom has found an awesome little neighbourhood drugstore on first avenue (west side of the street) between 85th and 86th. A small bag of Fresh Step kitty litter is $2.15, the cheapest price in town. The druggist beats the service at any Duane Reade hands down. So, give this little gem of a neighbourhood place a try. Dogs allowed. Woof woof.

Lucky Passes

Last week Lucky a very special friend of mine died quietly of a heart attack in his home. Lucky was the boss of my favorite store "Calling all Pets". He picked out my first chew toy for me and his selection of tasty treats was legendary. He'll be greatly missed! Big woof for Lucky!!

Henry Hall at Barnes and Noble

I went to the new Barnes and Noble on 86th street yesterday. Sadly I'm going to miss the old one. I just loved the upstairs cafe which is now two floors down. It's like the old Circut City where you descend into the depts by escalator. There are however still pup friendly.

A fun thing to Do with your Mom

I'm not a big knitter having paws and all. I'm sure you can see how difficult that activity would be for me. But I'm the newest member of the Knitting Club. The Club takes place every Tuesday night at 7:00 at Logos Bookstore on York between 83rd and 84th for the month of June. So kids grab your mom or dad and take the challenge. Who can make a longer scarf for winter? There are lots of teaches who will help guide you and if you just want to chat that's all good too. It good quality time.

Fathers' Day Fun

There is tons for you to do with the favorite man in your live this weekend. First, for you sports nuts Asphalt Green is having a sports demonstration from 1-3 p.m.
Also don't forget the wonderful music of Ham and Burger in the Schurz Park at 12-1 and if that's not enough there is a puppet show! That's right from 4-5 pm Penny and the Puppettes will be performing. Please take some pics and send them to me.

Henry Hall Help Wanted

I have found the coolest flower bed on the Upper East Side, but I need your help. The bed in question is located at 86th and York avenue on the south side of the street. First, see if you can find it and when you do I need you to tell me how many different flowers you can see. The second part is a little more difficult. Can you help me name the flowers?

Henry and Schurz Park Events

Don't forget to visit the Carl Schurz Park associations website http://www.carlschurzparknyc.org/. Starting at the end of July there is live music and then outdoor movie nights in August. All events can be attended by your favorite four legged friends.

My Critter Friends

In the Carl Schurz this morning I was visited with my favorite critter Snail. Snail was just born this spring and comes to visit me in the forest on the third grassy knoll.
Also WATCH OUT! My mom almost got a ticket for letting me off the leash.
